Wisconsin.....rescheduled!

Friday July 13 James, Addy, Tracy and myself were suppose to leave for Addy's yearly appointment to see the wonderful Dr. Schroth in Wisconsin. Addy and I had spent all day Thursday packing and getting ready for the trip!  The Sinks, Grammy, Christina and Allison even came over Thursday  night to visit with us before we left.  We had the entire trip planned...stopping in Indianapolis Friday night getting up Saturday morning and driving to Chicago to take Addy to the American Girl Doll Store, staying the night in Chicago and getting up Sunday morning to drive the rest of the way to Madison to meet up with some of our SMA friends!  Well.....we woke up Friday morning and soon learned Addy had a low grade temp (99.2) and an elevated heart rate (probably due to the fever).  After a small break down (me of course) and talking it over between ourselves and Dr. Schroth we decided to postpone the trip and wait a few weeks for whatever Addy had to pass!  Dr Schroth went ahead and wrote a RX for an antibiotic just to air on the side of caution. By lunch time Friday, Addy was back to her normal self..full of smiles! We spent the evening at home watching lots of TV and movies!  President Obama was actually in Roanoke that Friday giving a campaign speech, so we stayed far away from the downtown area!  Saturday morning she had another very low grade temp (99) and her heart rate was up a little but by the afternoon she was great!  She seem's fine as of now so we are just praying it was a fluke and whatever was bugging Addy is gone!!
